Denver-based attorney Jon Tandler will give a talk called: Fair Use and Best Practices for Third Party Copyright Permissions
Jon Tandler is a Member of Sherman & Howard L.L.C., Denver, Colorado, and practices intellectual property, publishing, information technology and business law. He serves as legal counsel to entrepreneurs, and established companies and institutions on matters for managing and monetizing intellectual property and technology assets. Jon’s publishing practice emphasizes copyright and literary law in the book and magazine industries, and rights, contract, transactional and regulatory matters. He represents publishers, authors, agencies, publishing trade associations and others working in fiction and non-fiction publishing genres.
