Web Usability and Site Redesigns/Revamping to include marketing elements
Approachable Nutrition Site Redesign - ease of use for visitors (navigational flow), ease to maintain for site owner (content management system, blog tool), more personable. Janeen Goldsmith is a Nutrition Therapist with Multiple Sclerosis. She is offering others with MS an alternative and/or addition to Western Medicine, by incorporating healthy eating choices into their lives - her old site felt a bit clinical and she asked for one that better reflected her aesthetics and enthusiasm for life.
DreamQuest Software Site Revamping - ease of use for visitors, increase in overall site related sales and upsells. DreamQuest’s audience at the time was primarily female 55 and up, yet their site (originally designed by programmers) was text heavy with technical jargon. In addition to making it easier to download, the redesign provided help, install and buy buttons right on the download page. Sales increased over 75%, due to UniqueThink’s direct involvement.
Novaurora Organic Skincare Redesign - ease of use for the visitor, better navigational flow, calls to action such as clear options for shopping online and signing up for their newsletter. Prior to the redesign, the site was cluttered, the navigational buttons switched or disappeared on some pages, and there was not clear direction to the ecommerce section of the site. The addition of the Let’s Shop button, along with a more concise navigational flow and better use of white space remade this site to be as clean and fresh as their product.
